Admissions Information

Registration & Admission Procedure:

  1. Admission is open to all irrespective of class, creed and community.
  2. Admission is ordinally given to children age 5+ to class 1st.
  3. A child name will not be registered for admission unless the under mentioned information has been provided by th parent:
    1. The birth registration certificate in ORIGINAL has been submitted for verification no change of date birth will be permitted later under any circumstances.
    2. The latest progress report of the child to be submitted , if the child has been attending any other recognized school.
  4. Admission will be granted at the sole descision of the Principal. Test may or may not be conducted.
  5. School rules are subjected to change at the discretion of the School Authorities, the admission of a child will mean a complete acceptance by the parent/guardian of all School rules as in force or as amended from time to time.
  6. Before the child is accepted for admission, Transfer Certificate from his previous School, if he has attended must be submitted to the school.
  7. The school reserves the right of refusing admission/re-admission without assigning any reason.
  8. Admission to class 8th will be considered as fresh and Principal reserve the right of admission.

Academic Subjects

English is the first language and instruction of all the subject are conducted in English. The other compulsory and optional subjects are developer according to the pattern of C.B.S.E, S.U., P.W., Music, Game, Environmental Studies, Art & Craft Also from the academics.

Computer Science Education

Computer Science Education has become a necessity in contemporay society. Computer Science is a compulsory subject from Class 3rd onwards we have fully equipped Computer Laboratory with the machines for the purpose. We have qualified and competent Computer Teacher to guide our students.

Co- curricular Activities

Dramatic, Elocution and debating, Creative writing Literacy campaign and Adult education and other useful hobbies are also conducted as co-curricular activities.

Progress Reports
  1. Parents are kept informed of the academic progress of their children through the progress reports which is send out periodically at the end of each period of assessment. The final report sent out at the end of the academic year indicates the average grade obtained by the student in each subject in the course of the year.
  2. Parents are requested to bear in mind that these periodic reports are based on the assessment made by the staff of a student’s attainment and attitude and that is not the intention of the school authorities to make dogmatic pronouncement on the character and ability of children.

Promotion Criteria

The promotion of a child not depend entirely on the result of a Single Annual Examination. The school has a system of continous evaluation, To quality for promotion a child must fulfill the following condition:-

  1. He/She should have attained the pass standard in three compulsory subject viz. English Science and mathematics by the end of the academic year.
  2. He/She should have attained the prescribed minimum standard in aggregate of all the subject which in terms of percentage would mean an aggregate of 40 percent in the aggregate of all the subject.
  3. If Should a child fail to qualify for promotion for two consecutive year he will be required to be withdrawn from the school.
  4. Disciplinary action will be taken against any child who is found to have used unfair mean in the periodic test and Annual Examination and should the child concerned repeats the offence he/she will be required to be withdrawn.
  5. Any boy or girl who would become 2 years above the average age of his/her requiring to be detained in to on account of his/her qualifying for promotion shall be asked to be withdrawn from school.
  6. No argument by the parents for undeserving promotion will be entertained.

Withdrawl

  1. A calender month’s notice in writing or a term’s fee in leave of notice be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
  2. The prinicipal can, in the interest of School have a student removed from the school for the following reasons:
    1. Where in his opinion the student has failed to accept the discipline of the school and his/her continued presence may be determined on the basis of the interests of the other students.
    2. Where the student fails to come up the required standard expected of him/her. This would be in the interest of the student so that him/her may leave the School when him/her is still young enough to benefit by joining a school suitable for him/her.

Parental Co-operation

Parents need to take the following things into their consideration:-

  1. Our School teachers do not take tutions of their student. So please do not force them to take up tutions of ward.
  2. Criticism of student’s tacher or his school in his presence should be avoided because it causes the student to loose respect for the teacher or School.
  3. Should you feel that your child does not make the desired progress, the Principal should be connected with prior appointment.
  4. Parents are requested to look into their children’s school diary everyday and see that the Parents are expected to visit the school regularly for special functions.

General Rules

Some general rules to abide by:

  1. Vacation: There are 2 vacations one of about 8 week duration from the week of May till the first/Second week of July and other of approximately 2 week from the last weel of December to first weel of January. Notice of the actual dates of vacations are intimated to the parents/guardians through the School Diary.
  2. Suggestions or Complaints: If any, should be made in writing to the Principal confidentially.
  3. While communicating with the School, the parents should mention in their letters the full name, class and section of their wards. Change in address or telephone number, if any must be intimated as early as possible.
  4. Parents are requested not to tip the school servants.
  5. Late comes will not be admitted to the class without the Principal’s/Conecm signature in the School Diary.
  6. Parents or guardians should see that all School assignments are completed and home work given in the School Diary is attended to. The remarks in the School Diary by the teacher or Principal must be signed by the parents.
